It’s Christmas Eve and it my job to smoke the meat. Really not a hard job, but you have to watch it to keep the fire going strong. The weather is not very good, as you can see it’s raining on my smoker, But it is just out side the garage door so I won’t melt and my son is helping me keep it going so it’s not so bad.
Every body is looking forward to Christmas, Large gifts under the tree driving our kids nut. “I love it”
